Here’s why I’m a fan of challenges and mini missions: they just make your daily routine more interesting, fun and exciting!
At the beginning of this year I started the `hathayogahappiness´ challenge. I was on my yoga mat every day for 30 days and I made a series of mini drawings; each square represents a day of the challenge. The whole process (the combination of practising yoga every day and drawing about it) was very uplifting. I started with two blank pages in my journal filled with blank squares; pretty boring.
However, 30 days later: BAM! I was more flexible and created a cool journal page. Have you ever taken up a challenge just because you thought it’d be fun? And, did you enjoy it?
